Pet System

Every pet on this page gives a stat bonus while it follows you. The bonus grows with the pet's intimacy and reaches full strength at Loyal. A pet at full loyalty is worth about one good accessory.

The tables are the full database. Names are exactly what @mobinfo and @iteminfo show in game, so you can copy them straight into the chat.

Loyalty#

Since 10 August 2026 the pets use the official bonus set, so every pet has its own unique mix. The tables below show the full Loyal values. The reduced Cordial values are written on each pet egg in game, hover it in your inventory.

Feed your pet when its hunger drops and intimacy climbs. Overfeeding lowers it. A starving pet loses intimacy and eventually runs away, taking the egg with it.

Getting started#

1. Buy a Pet Incubator from the Pet Groomer, /navi prontera 218/211. He also sells Pet Food and most of the special foods in the tables below. Groomers also stand in Geffen, Payon, Izlude, Yuno and Lighthalzen.
2. Get the pet's taming item. The tables tell you which monsters drop it.
3. Use the taming item on the monster. The catch percentage is a fixed roll. Lowering the monster's HP does not improve it, so bring a few attempts.
4. Hatch the egg with the Pet Incubator and keep the pet fed.

A † behind a pet name means you cannot catch that pet right now. The last section explains why.

Small print for the tables:

• The three Goblins are all named "Goblin" in game. Tell them apart by the weapon in the sprite. Each one has its own taming ring, named after that weapon.
• The bonuses are the official ones from the modern game, with a handful of SecondWind RO decisions: the six pets that officially give nothing got small bonuses of their own, and no pet adds damage against players.
• Catch is the base success roll of the taming item. The monster's HP does not change it.
• Accessories only change the pet's look. The bonus never needs them. Ask @whodrops in game where one comes from.

The pets marked with †#

2 of the 53 pets cannot be caught right now. They stay in the tables so the list is complete. If any of them get a way in, you will read it in the Patch Notes.

• Monster does not spawn: Christmas Goblin, Green Maiden. Both are reserved for events.
